Real Living magazine has a great new online shopping site for all the goodies you see in their magazine.
They recently did a feature on a house that on October 23rd served as a shopping experience for Melbournites. I was particularly taken with the image on the right which was the theme of the feature. very 1950′s glamour with up swept hairstyles, bright red lips, dark eyes and party dresses in sorbet sweet colours.
The feature included dresses from Empire Vintage which are just beautiful with their old world charm. If charm is your thing, you can rent two spaces (converted warehouses) for your next function. I particularly love Empire Location 426 which is done in all white with french chandeliers and 19th century furniture. Perfect for a lazy high tea or a long wedding lunch. It’s worth checking out- if only for the vintage treasures you may find!
