At first the idea of passing of the bride bothers a semi-feminist like me – I do see so much more in the photo than that. It captures a wonderful moment between the men in her life that deeply love her.

Ah yes the title I put on this is probably not the best choice. (late night!) I agree, I was more moved by the bride watching on as the two most important men in her life embraced. I think that’s what was special to me!

Melissa and Eric were one of my all time favorite couples and this part of the ceremony in particular was very moving.
I’m sure you can imagine, but there’s a remarkable story behind this embrace and the meaning that went with it. It was a very special moment. I was honored to play a part.

Oh it wasn’t a critque on your title at all – it was more a comment on old traditions – since that really is like the hand off of the bride. The image itself though was the most amazing and really kept me wondering.
