Earlier today I shared the first part of the beautiful wedding of Anna & Nathan captured by Sugarlove Pictures. Now it’s time for the portraits and some fun at the reception!
Anna & Nathan used the backdrop of Sydney’s piers for their first photos as a married couple.
The ceremony and reception were held at The Wharf Restaurant on Pier 4/5 which is also home to The Sydney Theatre Company and The Sydney Dance Company.
The decadent cake was by Cakes By Lyndall (lyndalldyer@hotmail.com). Guests sipped champagne and guava cocktails while enjoying the gorgeous view of Sydney Harbour.
Tables were decorated in soft pinks, pistachio green and Wedgwood blue with pink blooms in clear vases and tea lights flickering in clear glass votives. Guests were treated to bags of chocolate fudge.
Guests wrote sweet messages to the bride and groom in their guest book.
As the sun set over Sydney Harbour, Anna and Nathan took to the floor for their bridal waltz.
Thank you to Leigh at Sugarlove Pictures for allowing me to share Anna & Nathan’s beautiful wedding on Polka Dot Bride. To Anna & Nathan thank you for letting us show your wedding day and congratulations!

Love this wedding – the pics inspired me when I saw them in a mag but they cut way too many out. stunning colour combinations which work really well with the muted tones of the weather on the day

I like how everything comes together. I love her bridesmaid dresses. If I could find something like them in the US I would be sooo happy.

I love, love, love the dresses in this wedding – I’m having the same bridesmaid dresses but the Elizabeth de Varga gown is just stunning as well…I can’t find anything like it, the bride must have had it made especially…?
