You might remember today’s bride from a Snapshot Sunday I featured last November. Emma was the happiest bride I’d ever seen in the moment she left the church and looked like she was about to burst out in song.

Emma and John met on the first day of university in 2003. After Emma told herself she would study her law degree with no distractions, the handsome John sat beside her and offered to help her with her uni work. The pair exchanged email addresses and soon became good friends.

Emma and John’s Perth wedding was a beautiful, traditional affair. In soft pink and purple tones, a backdrop of golden green trees and the wonderful expressions of the newlyweds make this wedding just gorgeous!

Today’s photographer is Jennifer Regan of Anna Rose Photography. The wedding day was filmed by Inshot Productions.

Emma’s pink wedding gown was by Allure Couture. It was the first and only wedding gown Emma tried on and the veil used over five metres of tulle! Luisa from Allure Couture also helped Emma design her wedding necklace and bracelet using Swarovski crystals. Emma’s mother bought her diamond earrings for the day. While Emma was having her makeup done, the wedding flowers arrived, along with 12 long stemmed roses and a handwritten card from John.

Emma’s wedding day look was styled by Nadine Saliba. The wedding day flowers were by ABZ Lilly Of The Valley.

The family’s dalmatian Brie, wore a tulle bow made by Emma’s mother.

Emma and John wed at St Patrick’s Basilica in Fremantle. Emma walked down the aisle to The Bridal Chorus by Wagner played on the church’s organ.

Flowergirl Tiah soon got sick of wearing her shoes and promptly threw them away. She spent the remainder of the ceremony barefoot. Emma’s parents are both deaf, so the couple hired an interpreter for the day so her parents could understand every word.

Just married!

Check back later today for the gorgeous location shots and reception details!
