Penny and Chris

I thought I’d kick today off with a sweet, simple and completely beautiful wedding of two Sydneysiders – Penny and Chris! Simple and beautiful, the couple married in a waterside park and celebrated late with guests in a city wine bar.  I love the feeling of this wedding- there’s no pretentiousness, it’s just Penny and Chris getting married!

Penny got ready at the Park Hyatt in Sydney. She wore a floor length gown from Sami & Sita and carried a bouquet of pink and red blooms from Grandiflora.

After their ceremony, Penny and Chris held their reception at The Boathouse at Blackwattle Bay.  Penny says “Quality food and beverages in a beautiful environment was the priority. We wanted our friends and family to feel like we were sharing an intimate and special meal together and not get lost in an impersonal “reception hall”.”

Her floaty dress is gorgeous. Love the wine bar venue…looks intimate and inviting!

Lovely dress…and the picture with the older gentleman kissing the little one with the silver headband and those ‘oh so little’ toes — adorably priceless!!!
