Rosa Clara opened her first Pret A Porter store in Barcelona after finding a need for the bride who wanted a more modern look to her gown. A bride who was fashion aware, who wanted a gown that made them  feel “stunning and spectacular”.

The Rosa Clara group always produces some of my favourite gowns. Not only is there the Rosa Clara line itself, but there’s Aire Barcelona (who we’re profiling today). Alma Novia, Two By Rosa Claira and Luna Novias as well as working with many more designers and brand to distribute their creations throughout the world.

Aire Barcelona has a sleek elegance to it. Reflecting the Spanish design style we have come to know and love from Rosa Clara, the gowns are sleek with feminine, stylish detail. Each gown is cut to order (the group works from Zero stock) and takes around three months to produce.

There’s something about European design that wins my heart- whether it’s the high fashion look, the use of texture and detail or the cuts. The sophistication is always so beautiful to look at.

The Two by Rosa Clara, Aire Barcelona and Alma Novia collection gowns are available in Australia through Peter Trends.
