It’s Getting Close!

Two weeks to go and the stress has kicked in. My fiancé Sam and I have been making the most of every spare second to tick as much as we can off our ever growing wedding task list. Amongst collecting RSVPs, finalising our playlist and beginning the arduous task of seating charts, we took some time out to have our engagement shoot, it was a perfect day and we love our pictures. It was originally scheduled for two months earlier, however, I had to have my appendix taken out unexpectedly which put me out of action for a number of weeks, something that our schedule sure did not allow for.

I have had a great time so far being involved in the planning process for our big day, I would have to say my favourite moments have been the menu tasting, wine tasting, and the cake tasting! I have also enjoyed meeting with our stylist and talking about decorations and the concept for our wedding, I am really looking forward to seeing it all come together.

We are taking off to Las Vegas, New York, and Hawaii for our Honeymoon just a few days after our wedding. I will be sure to let you know all our about our wedding day and my first trip overseas. For now enjoy a few of our favourite pics from our Engagement Shoot with April Werz Photography.

Josh says: “I am a Groom–to-be on the home stretch with our Wedding to be held in October this year. I have been involved in every aspect of our wedding so far (except shopping for the dress) and my fiancé and I have enjoyed all of the hard work and planning so far.”
