Happy Monday Dotties! Are you on a day off today or back at work? What did you get up to this weekend?

Let’s kick off our week of wedding inspiration with a peek inside the pages of  Ms Polka Dot’s Directory

Ms Polka Dot’s Directory is filled with wedding vendors who are pretty darn amazing. There are gift registries, there are fantastic celebrants, beautiful cake makers, unique wedding venues and even scrumptious caterers! So many amazing vendors, so little time! So take a moment and have a look for yourself!

It’s always fun to have little surprises that help your guests have a great time at your wedding and photobooths are something new and fun that are so entertaining to have at your reception! Today’s vendor of the week Little Black Booth is a Melbourne based photobooth company who not only sets up your photobooth, provides a happy attendant to make sure it runs smoothly, prints two copies of each strip (one for you one for your guests!) but they even provide an online gallery of all the photos taken and digital copies delivered via DVD or dropbox. You can even hire a props kit if moustaches are your thing  and there’s extra fun add ons like making your strips magnetized or popped in acrylic frames!

We asked Jessie (one of Little Black Booth’s photobooth hosts) of Little Black Booth five questions in five minutes –

What is your favourite after five drink?

Eldridge Pinot Noir – as far as I know the only places you can get this wine is direct from Eldridge or from Stokehouse in St Kilda. Oh lordy, it’s gooooood.

Your favourite weekend getaway?

The RACV Cape Schanck Resort – gorgeous location just 25 minutes away!

Favourite restaurant?

Baha Tacos, Rye – very good friends of mine own Baha Tacos and recently moved to a much larger premises. Live music + fantastic Mexican food + the funky, laid-back ambience = memorable night out!

What can we find you eating for breakfast on a Sunday morning?

Wistfully I’d be tucking into ‘Tim’s Big Breakfast’ at Picknics Cafe in Rye with a strong latte. More often than not it’s a bowl of natural Greek yoghurt with honey and a handmade latte from home.

Your favourite wedding story?

My favourite is actually a wedding that hasn’t happened yet! We are donating a photo booth to a wedding on 21st April. A number of wedding suppliers on the Mornington Peninsula grouped together to offer a free wedding to a deserving couple. The lucky couple have had a hard couple of years, including losing their 3-day-old baby girl last year 🙁 I can’t wait to see them get married!
