This week’s cocktail, The Ginger Orchid, comes to us from New York restaurant Haru, a lovely choice for an Eastern influenced or Orchid theme wedding, the ginger adds an extra kick of spiciness!

Ingredients:

– 45ml Absolut Citron Vodka;

– 15ml Canton Ginger Liqueur;

– 30ml Cranberry Juice

– 15ml sweet/sour mix

 

Method:

1. Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice

2. Strain,

3. Serve straight up in a cosmo glass

4. Garnish with a small flower (preferably an orchid)
