Renee and Ash

Renee and Ash didn’t let the rain that came tumbling down on their wedding day deter them, in fact as always I think it made for even more beautiful photographs and memorable moments of their wedding day. Held at Inverloch near Phillip Island, the day had a special nod to how they came to be.

Renee tells their story “We met on the beach as we are both surf life savers. We still do life saving and our best friends are all life savers!!!”

Lilli Waters of I Got You Babe captured the shots of the day. Lilli has such a gentle, graceful feel to her photographs. Buff Wombat Media captured the film of the day.

The floral arrangements were styled by Blossoms & Branches Florist (Inverloch) (03) 5674 3600. Renee recalls ” I loved these flowers, perfect. Just what we wanted.”

Renee wore a gown by Catherine R Couture. She remembers “I loved my dress. Catherine was  easy to work with, a beautiful dress maker. “The bridesmaids gowns were designed and made by Barbara Collinson Dressmaker (03) 94811049 .

Renee’s jewellery was borrowed and gifted to her. She recalls ” Vintage and borrowed from my great Aunty and grandma. Handmade pearl earrings as a present from my parents.”

Renee and Ash held their wedding day at Manna-Gum.

Of their photographer Renee remarks, “We loved their work and professionalism. They were lots of fun and took great photos!!! Love the vintage look that the photos have. They also captured all the special moments and natural faces and actions of the day.”

The reception continued inside at Manna-Gum. Renee says “It was a fantastic venue!!! Very cosy and a good location.”

Renee and Ash hired Inspire Hire  to plan and style the day. Renee recalls ” Shelley was so helpful and had beautiful work!!! ”

Renee describes the day as, “Perfect in every-way, just what we wanted and dreamed!!”

Baker Boys Band performed the music of the night, Renee recalls “Great music and so professional. ”

Congratulations Renee and Ash! Thank you for sharing your wedding with us! Thank you to Lilli Waters of I Got You Babe for sharing today’s photographs!
