I have a colour matching query for you. I want to wear coloured shoes that will match two different dresses – my cream wedding dress (the Pixie frock by Leona Edmiston) and then a jade-green number I’m wearing to our post-reception party that evening (my fiance and I both have big families so are having two receptions – a formal one family, a party for friends!). I was thinking perhaps a champagne gold, but I do love strong splashes of colour with cream. Any suggestions you can provide on what would also go with jade-green most gratefully received!

I’m thinking you could do two things!
Have your champagne shoes and then attach beautiful flower shoe clips like these.
Alternatively my thoughts are jade green shoes, peach, soft pink, teal, turquoise or even black!

I love coloured shoes for the bride especially if they are colour co-ordinated with the bridesmaids’ dresses. Adding a coloured sash around your waist or on the bouquet, or coloured co-ordinated beading looks special too.
