I’ve been on a Mexico kick lately. From the barrage of fresh Mexican restaurants popping up around me to my sudden craving for anything hot and spicy, so when this gorgeous vintage Mexican inspired shoot hit my inbox as the debut collaboration between photographer Lisa Diederich Photography and stylist Alice Richards is such a gorgeous take on Mexico. With the soft peaches and pinks, creams and whites it has all the flavour of Mexico with a wedding ready colour palette!
idoityourself created this Mexican inspired stationery with soft pastel colours.
Lisa says “We both wanted to play with the idea of a vintage Mexican wedding, but Alice’s inspiration was a softer, more romantic version of the typical fiesta. Rather than using the usual bold colours, swinging piñatas and prickly cacti, we opted for a soft colour palette, white papel picado bunting and fresh succulents.”
Louise Alvarez created a beautiful off white wedding gown.
Faye Cahill Cake Design created three gorgeous cakes for the dessert table.
Ghermez Cupcakes created margarita inspired cupcakes while Paperwhite Floral Designs styled arrangements with soft peaches, whites and fresh green succulents.
