This gorgeous Cocktail Friday comes to us all the way from New Zealand. A gorgeous Summer inspired collaboration between Shaye Woolford of On My Hand Vintage Hire & Styling  and photographer Greta Kenyon of Greta Kenyon Photography.

Shaye, inspired by Summer strawberries created this delicious Pomegranate Punch with Strawberry Ice blocks recipe as a post ceremony treat for guests.

Strawberry Ice Blocks

Ingredients:

– 1 punnet of Strawberries, hulled

– 300ml Pomegranate juice

– Juice of 1 lemon

Method:

Blend together and pour into ice block moulds along with an ice block stick.

Freeze for at least 8 hours.

Pomegranate Punch

Ingredients:

– 1 L of pink grapefruit juice

– 1 L of pomegranate juice

– 60ml of pomegranate molasses

– 1.5L lemonade

– 250ml chilled vodka

– 60ml Strawberry schnapps

– 4 punnets of strawberries, hulled and sliced to throw in the punch

– Ice

Method:

Mix the pink grapefruit juice, pomegranate juice, pomegranate molasses, lemonade, vodka and strawberry schnapps in a jug or beverage dispenser.

Add ice and the sliced strawberries.

Pour into glasses and serve the ice block on the side.
