You might have seen these cupcake toppers in my last post – the rosewater surprise heart cupcakes. They are super simple to make and look so cute for Valentine’s Day. You could also make them on long skewers to use as cocktail stirrers.
All you need is:
– Toothpicks
– 30cm pipe cleaners (also called chenille sticks). You can get these from craft or $2 stores.
– Scissors
Cut the pipe cleaners in half. Twist one end around a toothpick. Bend the pipe cleaner into a circle and twist the other end around the toothpick to close the circle. If you want to make these really secure you could add a dab of super glue to keep them in place.
Press down on the top of the circle to form a heart. And there you go, that’s it! Super simple huh?
