This delicious cocktail was created by Siva, chief cocktail maker at radii bar at Park Hyatt Melbourne. He even makes his own jasmine infused mandarin vodka! A little bit citrus-y and little bit sweet. Perfect, I say, for cocktail hour!

Ingredients:
60ml radii house-made jasmine tea infused mandarin vodka
30ml Lemon Juice
5ml Egg White
5ml Sugar Syrup

Method:
Place all ingredients in a shaker with NO ice.
Shake for 30 seconds to make the egg whites froth
Add ice to the shaker and shake for another 30 seconds to chill the ingredients
Double strain into a martini glass
Garnish with edible flowers.
