We’ve suddenly found ourselves in the second half of the year, and I’ve actually heard the word “Christmas” being bandied around town. Yikes! I don’t even want to think about it – though I just know I’ll blink and suddenly be surrounded by wrapping paper and Bing Crosby music.
How are you savouring this Winter period? Are you taking it all in and trying to enjoy each day before it’s over? I think a bit of mindfulness is in order ,otherwise I’ll find myself on the other side of 2014, wondering where it went!
