It all seems to be Champagne and Paris across my desk this week! Causing me, of course, to daydream about glasses of bubbles in the warm European sunshine – bliss! What are you saying “Cheers!” to this month? The new season? Daylight savings? Just because? We’d love to hear about it!

In the meantime – here’s the Friday Roundup to drink to!

After a huge amount of entries, and some delightful (but tough!) time spent reading through all the fabulous entries, we have one lucky winner for the Oh Perfect Day Competition! Megan won with her answer to the question “What what your perfect day would look like?”

“Our perfect day is a cocktail wedding, with the reception set in a warehouse venue in North Melbourne. It is going to have an industrial glam feel and be one big party! The warehouse is gorgeous with high ceilings, exposed beams and a polished concrete floor, a beautiful blank canvas. As we are just hiring the space itself, the biggest challenge I am facing at the moment is coordinating all my vendors (furniture hire, lighting, florist) and set-up on the day. We can’t access the venue the day prior, and I’m coordinating everything but won’t have a lot of time to be at the venue during the day (obviously I’ll be getting ready!).”

Congratulations Megan, we can’t wait to the see the end result! Thanks to all who entered, and look out for the next fab competition!
