What is your favourite after five drink?
Generally red or white wine, but if I feel like indulging it may be a cognac or very good brandy.
Your favourite weekend getaway?
My favourite weekend getaway is also one of the places I love entertaining for weddings at, the Southern Highlands of NSW. Just a short drive from Sydney but a world away from the hustle & bustle of city life.
Favourite restaurant?
Quay Restaurant at Circular Quay – food, service, atmosphere and the view make for an unbeatable experience.
What can we find you eating for breakfast on a Sunday morning?
Same as most other mornings, a bowl of cereal with some fresh fruit and a good coffee.
Your favourite wedding story?
It is always about the couple for me, so there is no one individual favourite wedding story. Each couple is unique and I love custom crafting an entertainment experience which truly represents their love story , personalities and vision. I love seeing their happiness on the wedding day, the look in their eyes when they are exchanging vows, the smiles on their faces as they celebrate with family and friends and that indescribable warm fuzzy feeling whenever I am able to create a surprise magical moment. Each and every one of these things makes every wedding my favourite!
