If there is one name that has seemed to take the bridal world by storm in the past few years, that name has to be Inbal Dror. Two years ago, we featured the first Inbal Dror Haute Couture Rome Collection and you  just like me, fell head over heels for the fashion forward, beautifully detailed sensual wedding gowns. Now, the Israeli designer has done it again with the 2015 collection!

Long ethereal trains, deep, plunging backs, delicate beading. The focus is on the detail in these gowns – the back in particular always shines. The drama of wildly luxurious features such as self designed appliques, Swarovski scrystals, laser cutouts in shades of ivory, stone and nude create a sense of style for the bride who has never been called a wall flower. The gowns are able to be customised with a collection of accompanying capes and jackets that blend into the gowns themselves.

The shoot – inspired by Venice features everything I love about the beautiful city. The canals, the incredible architecture and the drama of times gone by that make this city the most appropriate backdrop for this collection.

Inbal Dror gowns are available in Australia through Helen Rodrigues.
