Clover Club 1-A

This week’s Cocktail Friday, the ‘Clover Club’ from Brisbane’s hip Soleil Pool Bar looks amazing; I love the red vibrancy of the raspberry! Very summery and cool – the combination of Moet Chandon, gin, lemon and raspberries is sure to be delightfully refreshing!

Ingredients:

45ml Hayman’s Gin
30ml lemon juice
20ml sugar syrup
15ml crushed raspberries
10ml of eggwhite
Moet Chandon Brut Imperial

Method:

Dry shake all ingredients, except the Moet Chandon, and then shake with ice.
Strain into a Coupette glass, top with Moet Chandon and garnish with fresh mint.
