Happy Monday Dotties! Did you have a wonderful Spring weekend? This week holds a team lunch and I am looking forward to ending the week with the patterned people and a cocktail or two. What a big month it has been so far!

Don’t you just love it when the images you see from a vendor conveys the love they have of their profession? So it is with iZO Photography. Jimmy who takes the photographs and Shona who ‘does everything behind the scenes’ are a great team whose love for LOVE shines though in their photographs. Jimmy is a story teller – as he says ‘Every person I photographed had a story to tell’ and he finds the couple’s story unfolds naturally throughout the day. ‘So many moments; so many stories. So many lives coming together to weave a tapestry of love.’ Beautiful words which just sums it all up!

We asked Jimmy and Shona of iZO Photography five questions in five minutes:

What is your favourite after five drink?

Cup of tea & can’t forget some chocolates too! Otherwise an affogatto would do the trick too.

Your favourite weekend getaway?

A trip down south to unwind but we have weddings most weekends(!) so it’ll have to be a weekday in the low season 🙂

Favourite restaurant?

Any good Japanese restaurant with fresh sashimi & sushi – we’ll be in heaven!

What can we find you eating for breakfast on a Sunday morning?

Trying our different cafes around Perth.

Your favourite wedding story?

There are so many weddings we love but the one that springs to mind recently was a couple who chose to get married on the rocks in Bells Rapids surrounded by nature and their closest family. There was no aisle, no chairs, no buildings. Just them exchanging vows right by the water of the Avon River.
