Miss Mooi is Melbourne based, but travels all over Victoria to lend her special touch to your event.

We asked Stacey of Miss Mooi five questions in five minutes:

What is your favourite after five drink?

In a true celebration of Melbourne being known as being the coffee mecca of Australia, it would have to be the Expresso Martini. They are absolutely to die for and a perfect way to start a night out with the girls. I do really enjoy a glass of good wine and recently I have fallen in love with Pinot Noir from Tasmania. Due to the colder climate it is a little bit more robust and really beautiful.

Your favourite weekend getaway?

It involves anything in the country, surrounded by beautiful green rolling hills or in the middle of the bush cocooned by nature. My all-time favourite winter getaway is Daylesford for its proximity to Melbourne, amazing produce and the plentiful accommodation choices that all have such warmth and character. Winter most definitely sees me by the fire catching up on my wedding inspo.

Favourite restaurant?

Being such a food fanatic, this is going to be tough. We are spoilt for choice in Victoria given it is the food capital of Australia. There are a couple that come to mind though where I have had exceptional food experiences in the last couple of years. Mercato in Daylesford for their talented use of local produce and excellent service. Terminus in Flinders is brilliant as well with a Mediterranean influenced menu that is to die for. Lastly, in Melbourne, I cannot go past Cutler & Co. Most weekends though you will find me at the South Melbourne Market stocking up on the freshest of produce so we can enjoy healthy meals during the week.

What can we find you eating for breakfast on a Sunday morning?

We have a favourite café in Yarraville called The Corner Store that does the best coffee and breakfasts. Almost always it is poached eggs, hands down. Although a good avocado smash with feta on toast is just as delicious.

Your favourite wedding story?

There are too many to mention but my favourite wedding moment has to be when the groom first glances his beautiful bride as she makes her way down the aisle. It is one of the most precious, most beautiful moments and I tend to tear up and every single wedding I am so fortunate to be witness to.
