Cocktail Friday Soleil Pool Bars Fiery Polish Mule

Now that the cold winter nights have well and truly set in, the Soleil Pool Bar’s ‘Fiery Polish Mule’ will certainly warm things up a bit! Enjoy the unique taste of dry, herb flavoured Zubrowka Bison Grass vodka mixed with ginger beer – and add a dash of chili syrup for that extra kick!

Ingredients:

45 ml Zubrowka Bison Grass vodka
5-10 ml Habanero infused syrup (to taste, chili syrup of any sort can be substituted)
2 lime wedges
Ginger beer

Method:

Muddle the lime, add vodka and syrup and fill with ice. Shake and pour into a highball glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge and chili.
