To start your morning with something completely lovely we have this captivating country romance wedding inspiration shoot from stylist Miss Mooi, who has recently added some new inventory to their hire range and felt it was a good time to celebrate with this gorgeous shoot. Set in the picturesque Yarra Valley at The Wiggley Bottom Farm, surrounded by lush green rolling hills and towering gums, the team set about creating two ceremony decor inspirations, and a table scape to accompany both. The shoot was beautifully captured by the incredibly talented Qlix Photography, who took advantage of the gorgeous location and the beautiful light filtering through the blossoming trees to create a most dreamy shoot.

The first ceremony setting is the aptly named, Boho Beauty, which included a striking custom made Macramé piece by The Middle Aisle, and rustic bamboo folding chairs. The whimsical signage was created by Minikin Mill, and all floral design was done by Florette.

The table scape was kept quite minimal and really focused on beautiful blooms, gorgeous organic ceramics and the brushed gold cutlery from Dann Event Hire, who also provided the timeless coupes for the elegant champagne towers. An invitation suite by the incredibly talented calligrapher Michaela McBride Calligraphy was used for its simplicity and beauty, and adorned with a simple country wreath, it was the perfect addition to the shoot. Crème De La Cakes provided the simple, yet luscious three tier textured cake, topped with slightly wild florals.

The beautiful bride model Eve was dressed by Kara Jade Designs of Melbourne. Miss Mooi explains that they were lucky enough to feature two gowns from the collection, with the first being a two piece option starting with the “Nessa” skirt, with modern lines and a sophisticated edge. Paired with a delicately beaded sheer overlay called the “Snow Cami”, it echoed the pretty silvers and whites in the blossom trees. The handsome groom model, Tom, was dressed in a navy suit from Bossini Mens Wear, with a contrasting pocket square and a stunning dark tan shoe.

The team worked with Jess Jenkins for hair and makeup, who was able to apply that soft and natural look that they were looking for to complete the bridal look. With soft, romantic hair, and luminous skin with soft peaches and browns on lips and eyes, each of the looks she created really enhanced the model’s natural beauty. For the florals, the arrangements where slightly moody with darker tones that beautifully complimented the surrounding garden at the farm. Erin from Florette worked on a moody palette to contrast against the soft blue undertones that were bought through in the sofa in the elegant lounge styling by Miss Mooi, and stunning robe by Kara Jade Designs. The aim was to create moody, yet organic arrangements. The beautiful, hand-died ribbon in the softest of blues was sourced from Silk and Willow for the pretty, unstructured bouquet.

The second ceremony style by Miss Mooi was “Country Romance”, which featured a four-poster, dark chocolate arch with turned legs, and adorned with lush florals. The cream lounge within the arch was the perfect addition to the romantic, decadent vibe for the set up. The second gown featured from Kara Jade Designs was the “Azra”, with its lustrous leaf patterned Guipure lace and paired with a gorgeous silk slip. It is the perfect gown for a winter bride, or for a bride that prefers a longer sleeve.
