1. Club Level. Honeymoons are the perfect time to splurge. Spoil yourselves with a Club Level Suite and enjoy the decadence of free breakfast, afternoon tea, evening drinks and canapes, not to mention the dedicated and exclusive check-in and check-out and private floors. The Hotel Icon in Hong Kong takes it to another level with a free mini bar in the room, and happy hour cocktails in the evening with views of the harbour and Hong Kong’s spectacular light show and fireworks. 2. Cocktails and Cocktail Degustations. These are such a fabulous idea for hen’s nights. I’m currently loving the cosy vintage vibe and extensive cocktail booklet at Melbourne’s Bar 1806.  Also look at Eau De Vie and Fall From Grace. Image via Bar 1806

3. Flowers. Victoria Whitelaw’s flowers are a long time favourite of mine. Simply stunning. I love the colours and variety in this setting. Image via Victoria Whitelaw

4. Travel. I’ve caught the travel bug well and truly. Some of my favourite places are perfect for weddings and honeymoons. New York is an amazing city. I’m in love with the 620 Loft & Garden at the Rockefeller Centre. A spectacular private roof top garden space with views of St Patrick’s Cathedral – dreamy! Image via 620 Loft & Garden

5. Beaches. The Fontainebleau hotel in South Beach is amazing. If you’re after glitz, glam and relaxation all rolled into one, this place is it! For something a little closer to the action in Miami, the W South Beach is also amazing – be sure to try a lobster roll at the pool bar. Image via Fontainebleau

Ms Chinoiserie Says: A gorgeous list of favourites – I do love the table centrepiece flowers and the private rooftop garden looks like something straight out of a fairytale; so pretty!

About Suzi from Alannah Rose Stationery: My passion for art and design and entertaining was what initially led me to a career as a creative director in advertising, and it was the planning of my wedding, and birth of my first daughter in that led me to where I am today. I feel very blessed that I ‘love what I do’. Alannah Rose is a business that is filled with love and joy – one that lets me combine the words work and play into the same sentence!
