Nemesis

The rich velvety texture of bitter-sweet vermouth in Flying Fish’s ‘Nemesis’ mixes back with the dryness of Campari, gin and saki to deliver a silky taste to be savoured this Cocktail Friday; a truly sophisticated drink perfect for celebrations!

Ingredients:

  • 20ml Campari
  • 20ml Bombay Sapphire
  • 20ml Carpano Antico Formula sweet vermouth
  • 20ml Junmai Ginjo Sake

Method:

Place all ingredients into a Boston glass. Stir and pour into a sake jug and serve over ice. Garnish with orange peel.
