The lovely Patti of Basilica emailed me recently to let me know that she’s opening a brand new store for her couture bridal label. I’ve long adored how well the label does long sleeves on wedding gowns.

Not only is a new salon on the horizon, but Australians are finally going to have access to two fabulous labels- Anne Barge and Badgley Mischka!

I’ve long been a fan of Badgley Mischka- they’ve been producing feminine, vintage glamour style gowns since 1988. After producing gown after gown for celebrities (including Charlotte’s second wedding dress on Sex and The City), they’ve become a leader in the industry. Their feminine silhouettes are always gorgeous and fabric choices are dreamy.

Anne Barge has taken London by storm and I’m so excited to see her label hit Australian stores! Anne Barge started out working on the Virgin Bridal label for Richard Branson before establishing her own collection in 1999.

Her classic silhouettes and elegant styling make her gowns a must look.
