Ali’s Salsa Engagement Party
Ali emailed me looking for Salsa inspiration. She’s into all things retro and provided me with a bunch of images that she wanted for the ‘feel’ of her engagement party. Knowing Ali was after salsa skirts and khaki suits, I went for a retro salsa theme with a slight Casablanca feel to it.
The colour palette is black and red with the unexpected mango orange touch to bring in a warm tropical feel. Flowers in old tin cans, candles and crockery add to the decor. Sky high heels and red ruffle skirts with a black and white check floor brings sexiness and for food? I couldn’t go past delicious tapas and sangria.
