  4. I write this in floods of tears!
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! We got sucked into their sales pitch and samples believing they we’re the ‘creme de la creme’ to quote their website.
We have today received our wedding invitations, all 300 at a cost of over $2500, they have THREE SPELLING MISKTAKES!!! and the flowers do not reflect the quality of the original sample. On contacting them they were extremely rude and would not help at all to rectify the problem, they just didn’t care!
These mistakes must of been seen/proofed before sending them to us but they ignored this. Please don’t make the same mistake we made and steer well clear of this company.
Our wedding is only a month away and we are now faced with having to send out incorrect invitations and apologize to all our guests about the mistakes.

  5. Joanna that is terrible to hear and I’m sorry you had such a bad experience with them.

I hope Huetopia is listening and can provide a resolution (if they are, please comment here and let us know the outcome)

  6. I had a similar experience to joanne

the girls at huetopia were constantly rude and condescending. kinga in particular wrote really rude emails to me every time i wanted to clarify anything.

they kept increasing the quote, even though i didn’t ask for ANY changes (except asking them to remove their logos from MY stationery, and to correct THEIR mistakes) .

don’t use them, the invitations were pretty, but every time i look at them i just think about how horrible the experience of dealing with huetopia was, rather than about my big day!!
