Kate and Scott included all of their family in their wedding!
I’m excited to share with you the first real wedding for 2009! This wedding is the beautiful wedding of Kate and Scott who married on AFL grand final day (otherwise known as September 27th, 2008!) in Victoria’s wine region- the Yarra Valley.

The absolutely glowing bride Kate wore a Collette Dinnigan gown adorned with her mother’s vintage brooch
Kate began the purple colour scheme for her wedding with purple wedding shoe by Alan Pinkus. Kate’s earrings were given to her by her cousin and maid of honor Tara.
Meanwhile the handsome groom Scott was preparing for his wedding day with his best mates.
Kate’s bouquet, contained cream roses and shades of purple by Devon LeSalle Floral Design
Kate’s bridesmaids wore gowns in different shades of purple.
Kate and Scott broke with tradition and had photos taken together before the ceremony so as not to miss any time with their guests. Kate says “We really tried to create a really fun, relaxed and personal day for our guests to enjoy”

Beautiful photos, and as much as I adore Collette Dinnigan, the brooch absolutely makes that dress.
What an absolutely gorgeous couple and wedding! Really inspiring as we are also including a lot of the elements they have included in their wedding (focus on food and wine, photographs beforehand etc).
