Antony and Lyndall

Antony (Tony) and I first met through mutual friends at a bar in Perth in July 2004. We saw each other a couple of times over the next few months but didn’t realize we were both interested in each other until early October. He was studying at the time and I was working at a restaurant in the city.

Tony proposed three years later on my birthday, the 15th of October 2007. We decided that we would wait until Tony graduated from university before getting married. The 10th of October, 2010 (10/10/10) was the perfect date for us!

A few weeks before our big day we had a pre-wedding shoot near the Mundaring Weir with our photographer Michelle Martin. It was going to be her first ever wedding shoot. For that reason, she wanted to have a bit of fun with us so we would be comfortable on the day.

Many thanks to photographer Michelle Martin for providing the images.

Ms Gingham says: Having a pre-wedding shoot is a fantastic idea! It gives the couple a feel for how the photographer works and the photographer gets a clear idea of what the couple expects on the day. These pre-wedding shots are lovely, so we’re really looking forward to seeing the photos of Tony and Lyndall’s wedding very soon on Polka Dot Bride.

Lyndall says: I love spending time with family & friends.
