On a cold Monday night what better place to be than in a chocolate wonderland. The Sisko Chocolate 2nd birthday and product launch celebration was a fun evening for brides and industry. With chocolate creations never been displayed before it left a lasting impression. The chocolate butterfly wall in the entry was one of the highlights of the evening. The joy on guests faces when they broke off the chocolate butterfly wings was like watching a scene in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory when the children discovered that everything was edible.

The chocolate buffet was a major hit with the guests as they enjoyed caramel popcorn, chocolate coated marshmallows, meringues, nougat, fig and walnut disks, Orbs and other heavenly pieces. Inspired by the art deco geometric shapes the buffet had a fun yet elegant appeal. If you need to create a perfect backdrop for your buffet to make it an unforgettable feature putting a fabric backdrop creates the clean line required. Theme from Jak installed the fabric wall which can be installed anywhere. A great way to add to your themeing for the day.

The Sisko Chocolate flowers set on these beautiful stands creates a very elegant centerpiece. With boxes provided, the guests then take the chocolate flowers home as their favours. Being a florist before I was a chocolatier, I enjoyed setting up floral arrangements for special events. After the event, we would donate the arrangements to a local nursing home as it is a shame to only have 5 hours of enjoyment out of the centerpieces. Our chocolate flower option is also a way to cut down on excessive waste with all chocolate being consumed and enjoyed by guests and stands and mirrors being reuseable multiple times. Starting to sound like a eco friendly option.

The Lotus flower is a striking new design that is perfect for a modern setting. Guests can enjoy the chocolate petals during the evening or bags are provided for them to take home.

The launch included many new designs and a new selection of favours. To view the entire collection make a time to visit the Sisko Chocolate studio in Hawthorn.
