Justine & Cameron

Intimacy is sometimes the most beautiful thing- especially at a wedding. Today’s celebration is an intimate waterside wedding in Sydney’s Balmoral. Our couple, Justine & Cameron met while working together and did away with many wedding traditions (including the first dance) in order to have a relaxed, quiet and beautiful celebration with their loved ones.

Photos today are by the Nerida McMurray Photography team and are classic, simple and no fuss- rather like the wedding really!

The classic black and white wedding invitations were designed and made by Le Bon Bon.

Justine wore a strapless lace gown from Brides Of Beecroft and had a friend style her bouquet.

The couple chose iconic Sydney venue Bathers Pavilion for their wedding ceremony and reception. Justine remarks “Bathers is great – no need to do anything.  They are so professional, so the afternoon and evening flowed beautifully.  We got married on the balcony and had dinner there also, so guests didn’t have to go anywhere.”

Synergy Duo played the music for the event, including Justine’s choice of processional- Angus and Julia Stone’s “The Wedding Song.”

Justine describes the wedding as “Small and casual, without all the bells and whistles”.

Justine’s bridesmaid wore a black lace gown from Review. Cameron wore a Hugo Boss suit.

Justine describes their photographer as, “Fabulous – we wanted relaxed, non-posing photos and Karina did this for us.  We actually forgot she was there most of the time.  We also asked for photos to take maximum 45 minutes so we could get back to guests and she helped us to achieve that.”

The reception at Bathers was simply decorated with small pieces of white and pink blooms.

The littlest guests were gifted small glass jars filled with jellybeans and tied with polka dot ribbon and entertained with wedding themed sticker books.

Congratulations Justine and Cameron! Thank you for sharing your day with us! Thank you also to the Nerida McMurray Photography team for sharing their wedding!
