Every April and October I get so excited to see the gowns coming from bridal market in New York. I expectantly watch Twitter as my favourite NY bloggers send through photos and pour over them one by one. Last weekend was the debut of Spring 2013 collections.
I loved the comeback of necklines- so many beautiful necklines! Plenty of illusion and asymmetrical necklines were on the runway this season. There was also plenty of sparkle- from crystals and metallic beading, to gold fabrics at Romona Kevesa. Colour made a splash with black, plums, purples and rich vibrant reds and then? Then there were peplums (even removable ones!) What a year ahead in bridal fashion!

I love all of the pale blue dresses. I would really like to find something in powder blue for myself – just so the dress can be my something blue.
