Around the wedding world this week…

Hawthorn’s Auburn Village retailers are holding a special event called “A Village Affair”. Three local traders, Atelier Paul Stewart, Silva Tedesco Couture and Auburn Wine Cellars will be treating guests to an incredible night of beautiful gowns, wine tastings and incredible jewels!  They’re giving two double passes to the event (which is invitation only!) to Polka Dot Bride readers! The first two people to email [email protected] with a statement about what they’re organising will receive the double passes!

The Bells N Whistles Sydney event planners are holding a special kind of wedding evening on 20th August called The Little Blue Book. The event is a personalised wedding expo- there is only one kind of each vendor (and only 20 vendors!) and only 20 couples, so each couple can get one on one time with the vendor, get personalised one on one advice and information to help you get informed and plan your wedding. Visit the website to buy your ticket.

Tipsy Toes are clearing their stock which means ever single pair of their sweet foldable shoes are $5! Visit the website to buy up!

Our film of the week comes from White Heights Media, shot in Bali of two Aussies, Ruth & Edwin, the team produced a same day edit and showed it at the couple’s reception. What a beautiful story!
