I think what I love about this image (and this week), is that it’s been all about the little touches. This small, delicate embellishment stands out not only because of its beauty  but also in part for the attention to detail. And this week feels like just like that! Ticking off the small, but important items that needed to be completed. Getting intimately familiar with tiny tasks that make a difference. Not unlike planning a wedding really!

Sometimes its the little things that mean the most to you, even if no one else notices. It doesn’t make it any less important or memorable. If anything, it makes it totally worth it! I remember random items and events from my own wedding that others struggle to recall, and I’ll cherish these.

It’s always wonderful when outstanding work is recognised, and this is exactly what has happened to Chris from uber photography! Chris was selected to be featured in the Capture Magazine‘s Annual as one of 5 Wedding Photographers for the year! Almost 560 photographers answered the call to to be involved with The Annual, sharing their information and experiences from the year and submitting an impressive collection of images.
