Letterpress-Printing

Saint Gertrude Letterpress ‘Dulce & Mark Suite’ Photo by Luke Lornie

There’s something exquisitely tangible about letterpressed  invitations and stationery. Perhaps it’s the knowledge that an artisan is behind the production, with a heady combination of quality cotton paper and hand-blended inks. Maybe it’s also just me – I’m a sucker for even the smell of paper. You can often find me sticking my nose into old books in a second-hand store, or inhaling a new book in a Readings somewhere. Heading into the Easter long weekend, I’ve been dreaming of a book to lose myself, maybe even a luxury magazine or two. A short week always brings a sense of urgency with it, but the payoff is definitely worth it!

How will you be spending your Easter? Perhaps kick off your holiday with a browse over what you may have missed on our specialty blogs this week, from simply stunning DIY ideas, to expert advice and honeymoon destinations!
