Cocktail Friday – The London Club’s Bohemian Mojito

The London Club, Teneriffe, is the perfect location to grab a stool, overlook the Brisbane river, and people watch the afternoon away. Alternatively, head inside to get comfy in the library and order one of their recommended concoctions – the Bohemian Mojito. The London Club receives the big tick of approval when it comes to this pleasing and refreshing blend.

Ingredients:

– 30 ml Matusalem Platino
– 30 ml Lychee Liqueur
– 30 ml Lychee puree
– 1 Large basil leaf torn apart
– 4 Lime wedges
– Soda top up

Method:

1. Muddle lime and basil in highball glass

2. Add spirits and lychee puree, then stir

3. Fill glass with crushed ice and stir

4. Top up with soda water

Head in to try out other favourites like Toffee Apple, Peach Margarita, or share a London Punch Jug between friends. With the Teneriffe Festival coming up on Saturday 6th July, it’s the place to be!
