Hi there,

I have recently gotten engaged and I am looking for the perfect reception venue. I have looked at all the suggestions on your website however, I am looking for an old hall/bard/shed within SE QLD or Toowoomba. Do you guys know of anything?

Please help!

More suggestions to add from our lovely bride!

    “Yandina Station (Yandina Creek)
    Boomerang Farm (Mudgeeraba)
Coronation Hall (Somerset Village) – this one I am not sure if it is still available as we booked our venue before looking at this one
    Kenilworth Homestead (Kenilworth)
    Historic Rivermill (Mt Nathan)
    Albert River Winery (Tamborine Village)
    Old Petrie Village (Dayboro)
    Caboolture Historical Village (Caboolture)
O’Reillys: Canungra Valley Vineyard (Canungra Valley)

And of course the venue we booked, the lovely Key Restaurant in Maleny. The owners are just lovely, the food is to die for and the restaurant is set up beautifully to make the most of the wonderful views of the Glasshouse Mountains.”

Another suggestion for a barn wedding is at Adora Downs, Mount Tyson – absolutely stunning
