The lucky couple has been chosen, and the preparations for their dream wedding are underway! With over 400 entries to the Brisbane Wedding Giveaway – Win Your Dream Wedding Competition, the decision was a difficult one, but after meeting with the short-listed couples, it was the gorgeous couple Jen & Joel that captured the hearts of the panel, and their reaction was one of joy and excitement. Here’s what they had to say after being chosen for the prize.

“The prize we have received is one of pure generosity. We know there would have been so many deserving and admirable couples who entered this competition with their own stories to tell, which is why we both feel so humbled and grateful that our story was even worth consideration. In retrospect, it’s funny that the most thrilling moment was not the winning one, but rather the moments leading up to it – the wonderful and unexpected surprise at being shortlisted, the period of self-reflection whilst waiting for the next phone call, and most of all, in meeting both Sarah and Bec and forming what we hope to be friendships for many years to come. Through their warm nature and embracing personalities, our anxiety was smothered by a warm blanket of appreciation. We feel truly privileged to have been chosen, and honoured that our love story will be shared by so many amazing, incredibly and generous people with whom we can’t wait to celebrate our special day!”
