Dear Ms Polka Dot

I’m getting married in April and can’t find a reading for my grandparents. We’d like them to read something at the ceremony as they are the only grandparents we have and they have been married for 57 years. Have you come across anything for grandparents to read?

Dear Bride To Be,

What a great idea! Here are some of my favourites that I believe are appropriate for your grandparents!

‘We Will Not Wish You Joy’ by Brian Zouch

‘Love Me When I’m Old’ by Bee Rawlinson

‘As Long As Your Eyes Are Blue’ by Banjo Patterson

‘The Seven Blessings’ by Anita Diamant

‘I Carry Your Heart’ by EE Cummings

‘May the road rise up to meet you…’ Old Irish blessing
