What is your favourite after five drink?
Definitely champagne!
Your favourite weekend getaway?
If we are in the Netherlands, then we enjoy heading to Paris for a weekend trip. Sometimes for a particular exhibition I want to see, other times simply for some retail therapy.
Favourite restaurant?
I have two actually.
Le Comptoir in Paris where I’ll happily stand in line for. Whenever I’m there, I’ll definitely have the roasted bone marrow for starter and a faux filet as my main dish.
Quimet i Quimet in Barcelona, for their exquisite canned seafood and montaditos.
What can we find you eating for breakfast on a Sunday morning?
It has to be fresh baguette with luxurious French butter, or a croissant with Earl Gray tea.
Your favourite wedding story?
They were childhood sweethearts who knew each other for almost their entire lives. Two years ago, he flew her to Venice and proposed by the Rialto. The couple then had a beach wedding in Bali. It was so beautiful!
