Wouldn’t you like to be in that pool right now? I know I would! Mr Polka and I were lucky enough to head off to the Cook Islands last month for some heavy wedding and honeymoon research. The video of the week this week is one that made me smile – it’s an ad for Melbourne made by The National Film Board produced in the 1950s and somehow manages to show all the Melbourne sights and sounds! I can’t decide if my favourite line is “To be like the boats tied up in the bay I am racing on my way”. Actually anything the groom sings seems to make me giggle.
