What is your favourite after five drink?
Mineral water with a slice of lemon.
Your favourite weekend getaway?
None, staying home here at our farm with no commitments is my idea of heaven. Gardening and horse riding with my kids and hub all weekend is total perfection.
Favourite restaurant?
Samudra – Dunsborough, raw / wholefood specialists.
What can we find you eating for breakfast on a Sunday morning?
Two fried eggs on a bed of baby spinach with avocado & feta & balsamic.
Your favourite wedding story?
2013, watching my wedding guests rebuild our reception zone after high winds blew down our 4 minni marquees (surrounding our main tent) here at the farm as I left with my bridesmaid to get hair done. It was either a cry or laugh moment. I was able to stay calm when I saw it was actually an awesome “bonding” experience for all my closest friends and the event is etched into our friendship memories as just one of those great disastrous milestones we triumphed over!
