Love vintage fashion? The National Trust is bringing the biggest bridal fashion exhibition – Love, Desire & Riches: The Fashion Of Weddings to Sydney and it opens today! Want to see the real Muriel’s Wedding dress? It’s there! The red gown worn by Nicole Kidman in Moulin Rouge? Also there! Carey Mulligan’s wedding gown from Baz Lurhman’s The Great Gatsby? Oh it’s there too! So are divine creations from designers like Collette Dinnigan, Mariana Hardwick and Carla Zampatti. The exhibition is at Old Government House from today and explores over 200 years of bridal fashion.
