Cocktail Friday – Crystal Head’s The Northern Peach

Summer must be on the way this Cocktail Friday! The Northern Peach from Crystal Head Vodka  blends their premium signature spirit with botanical basil and the sweetness of peach; lovely for a hen’s lunch as the days get warmer!

INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz. Crystal Head Vodka
2 ½ oz. natural peach juice
¼ oz. basil simple syrup
fresh basil leaves

DIRECTIONS:
Pour all ingredients into a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake well then strain into a martini glass.

Basil Simple Syrup:
Add equal parts sugar and water in a pot, along with 4-5 basil leaves. Bring to a boil ensuring not to scorch the sides. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Store and cool mixture before using. Will last up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

GARNISH:
Garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
*Slap leaf between hands first to release oil
