Stoke Bar Violette Swizzle

We’re in love with purple this Cocktail Friday! Just imagine how pretty ‘The Violette Swizzle’ from Brisbane’s Stoke Bar, created with Beefeater gin, Massenez crème de violette and lime, would be for a summer wedding by the sea…..

Ingredients:

30ml Beefeater gin
30ml Massenez creme de violette
30ml lime
30ml sugar

Method:

Add all ingredients into a Collins glass with some crushed ice.
Swizzle by moving swizzle stick rapidly back and forth between your palms.
Top with more crushed ice.
