For our second Ginuary feature, this Cocktail Friday we’re going to be very “proper”! From Boodles Gin, their Proper Martini made with their mellow signature gin infused with botanicals and a number of herbs and spices including nutmeg, sage, and rosemary, is the perfect way to start the weekend in style. Chin chin!
Ingredients:
120 ml Boodles Gin
30 ml dry vermouth
Lemon peel as garnish
Method:
Fill mixing glass with vermouth and ice. Stir briefly and strain out the vermouth. Add gin to the glass and stir for about 10 seconds. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with fresh lemon peel.
