Remembering her day, Karlie commented “Samantha and I have a very long history when it comes to evening wear, with Sam having previously designed my Year 12 ball gown, my 21st birthday dress and many other cocktail dresses and ball gowns I wore throughout my late teens and twenties. Given this, there was no one else I wanted to design my wedding gown other than Samantha Wynne.”
“The process was so much fun and I had the utmost trust that Samantha knew my taste and could create my dream dress that I had pictured in my head. The process started with discussions on the style of wedding we had envisaged, together with many pictures and photos I had collected to use as inspiration in order to help Samantha understand the style of gown I was dreaming about.”
“From there Samantha worked through some sketches and sourced laces and fabrics she thought would work best with the gown. Samantha’s sketches were exactly what I had pictured and everything I had hoped for. Just as I had expected, she absolutely nailed it!”
“I am still madly in love with my gown and wish I had the opportunity to wear it again. If we were ever to renew our vows and I was lucky enough to wear a bridal gown again, I would definitely be wearing a Samantha Wynne design.”
