Grilled beef fillet – the colours and presentation of this dish come second to the taste of the tender medium rare beef – just perfect!

Chicken Galentine – stuffed with premium pancetta and pistachio nuts, this dish highlights the best of our locally sourced seasonal produce. The smell of the macadamia puree being made is enough to make your mouth water!

Bomboloni – who would have thought ricotta could be so tasty? Bomboloni is an Italian dish with a ricotta filling that tastes like warm cinnamon donuts! Too good!
